Hii ni taarifa fupi itokanayo na utafiti wa kitaalam kuhusu mchango wa mfumo rasmi na usiorasmi wa elimu, na upatikanaji wa ardhi na mikopo kwa uzalishaji kwenye kilimo Tanzania katika maeneo ya vijijini. Uchambuzi uliofanywa unasisitiza umuhimu wa elimu rasmi na ile isiyo rasmi, upatikanaji wa ardhi, na uzoefu wa muda mrefu wa stadi za kilimo katika uzalishaji sehemu za vijijini. Takwimu zinazohusu mchango wa elimu kwenye ubunifu na mapokezi ya teknolojia mpya zinaonesha kwamba mtu akiwa na elimu ya hadi kufikia miaka sita shuleni, nyenzo za kuzalishia na uzoefu wa kuhifadhi ardhi na mazingira, inamsaidia kuongeza tija kwenye kilimo na kujipunguzia umaskini. Kutokana na utafiti uliofanywa, inapendekezwa kuongeza uwezo wa wakulima kuwa wabunifu na kuwa na ujasiri wa kupokea na kutumia maarifa na teknolojia mpya na kuongeza nafasi na fursa za masomo kwenye mfumo wa elimu ulio rasmi na usio rasmi, upatikanaji wa ardhi, mikopo na huduma za ugani
