The broad outcomes of MKUKUTA’s Cluster II are to improve the quality of life and social well-being of Tanzanians and to reduce inequalities across geographic areas and between income, age, gender, and other groups. Expanded access to, and delivery of, quality social services and the establishment of social protection mechanisms are vital to attaining these outcomes.
