REPOA, is now a partner to the Department of Judiciary of the United Republic of Tanzania undertaking a Court Users’ Satisfaction Survey. The aim of this survey is to seek feedback about deficiencies in the services provided by the courts relative to clients’ expectations. This will enable the judiciary to have a better understanding of the needs of court users and consequently improve the quality and range of services delivered by the courts.

While REPOA will be visiting courts to get perceptions of those receiving and providing court services, other persons in the country are also potential customers of the court and their views are equally important in shaping the Judiciary. Thus, beyond those currently getting the court services, REPOA is going to interview other citizens who may have been either directly or indirectly affected by court operations.
