REPOA's 15th Annual Research Workshop

March 18^th – 19^th, Dar es Salaam

REPOA is expecting to hold the 15^th Annual Research Workshop (ARW) on March 18^th – 19^th, this year in Dar es Salaam. This Annual Workshop has grown to be the largest and longest running annual event in Tanzania 

The objectives of this keynote annual event are:

- disseminating research findings as a contribution towards policy making,

- providing peer review as capacity building for researchers, and 

- providing a networking forum for debate and dialogue among stakeholders. 

This year’s theme is Kilimo Kwanza: Promoting Agriculture for Economic Transformation in Tanzania. The Keynote address will be given by Prof. Hans Binswanger, Tshwane University of Technology, Pretoria.

The guest of honor to this event is expected to be Honourable Prime Minister of the United Republic of Tanzania, Mizengo Kayanza Peter Pinda.

There will be around 20 presentations on various subjects related to REPOA research themes
